We embrace the Lean Manufacturing methodology throughout our processes. Visual factory tools are used throughout the facility, and a vigorous plant wide 5S program is maintained through the involvement of our assembly associates and audits by the management team. We employ the concept of One Piece Flow to effectively move product through our facility and eliminate the need for Work-In-Process inventory. Materials are provided at Point-Of-Use using Kanban for replenishment, dramatically reducing the risk of shortages.

We believe in continuously improving our products and processes. To that end, we employ Lean and CI techniques, from Relentless Root Cause Analysis (RRCA) to Failure Modes and Effects Analysis (FMEA). We Value-Stream Map our processes to drive out non-value-added steps. Kaizen Events are used to effectively and quickly drive improvements throughout our operations.

We have the capability to provide our customers with testing and troubleshooting functionality, from basic continuity testing to functional system tests for more complex projects. Our Test Technicians are experienced in handling many levels of complexity, and are especially well versed in troubleshooting electrical equipment. This allows us to ensure that our products leave our facility ready to Plug and Play when arriving at the customer site.
